Terms and Conditions

1. General

Aibooking.dk is an online booking and administration platform. The platform is offered as a digital service and is provided on an as-is, as-available basis.

2. DEMO period

• When you book a DEMO with Aibooking.dk, you receive a 7-day free trial period.
• The trial period starts from the day access is granted.
• During the DEMO period, you have the opportunity to try out the platform's features.

3. Purchase and ordering

• You can choose to purchase directly without a DEMO period.
• When purchasing, you can also order onboarding, where you are helped getting started with setting up and using Aibooking.dk.
• All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment

• Payment is made in advance for the chosen subscription period.
• The subscription is invoiced on an ongoing basis, typically monthly, unless otherwise agreed.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or closure of access to the platform.

5. Right of withdrawal

• There is no right of withdrawal after a purchase has been completed.
• This applies both to subscriptions and any onboarding, as these are digital services that are delivered immediately.

6. Termination

• The subscription runs on a rolling basis of the current month plus one month.
• Termination must be made in writing via email or through your account on Aibooking.dk.
• The termination takes effect at the end of the following month.

7. Changes

Aibooking.dk reserves the right to change these terms and conditions on an ongoing basis. Updated terms will always be available on the website.

8. Limitation of liability

Aibooking.dk cannot be held liable for indirect losses, loss of operation, loss of data, or other consequential damages that may arise from the use of the platform.
